Mine felt like gas pains when I was having contractions on my own. But that's my only experience, I was induced twice 😂

Mine was the most pain I’ve felt all pregnancy. I was also able to time them, and the closest they got was 8 minutes apart. Then they just stopped.

Same with my first one. I actually got induced this time too but I didn't get the epidural until very late, and that pain...is the worst thing I ever felt. You become so overwhelmed and vulnerable to the pain!

U can’t breath while having them... literally .... then ull know they are contractions

I agree with @soniamedina214, holding my breathe was the only thing that made them hurt less. But breathing is important.

Strong period cramps that stop you from normal activity. Sleeping, walking, talking etc

I only felt pressure and tightening so I timed it like you would contractions and I knew I was in labor
