I have a question about implantation bleeding? So the my lmp I am going off of was 6-7 days early…

Implantation bleeding wouldn’t actually resemble a period. It’s just you spotting.

@raqueliiosiis, that is false with 3 of my pregnancies I had bleeding that resembled a period for 3-4 days .. it can be just spotting yes but not only.

Take a test if it was implantation you will def test positive

@mimixtmn, it’s physically impossible for you to have a normal cycle and it be considered implantation bleeding. A period has clots which is lining if you’re shedding lining your shedding uterine wall if your shedding uterine wall then in fact you are not pregnant. Implantation bleeding should be spotting there shouldn’t be a consistent blood flow and there should not be any clots.

@raqueliiosiis, nobody said anything about clots or a normal cycle and all that, the original poster actually said NOT a normal period for her.. bleeding that resembles a period is a consistent flow. I have actually even had clots and still been pregnant. Just because you are bleeding does not mean you are shedding your lining.

@mimixtmn, that’s exactly what I said. If you’re bleeding it could be multiple things the clots are what’s considered the shedding of the lining.

@raqueliiosiis, nobody mentioned clots but you tho lol .. and no clots are not considered shedding of the lining as my normal periods do not consist of clots, however I have bled clots while pregnant.

My original comment to OP was implantation bleeding wouldn’t be a full on period the you mentioned something about “having a period for 3-4 days” a period consists of clots. If you aren’t having clots it’s because your uterine lining isn’t becoming thick enough, that’s basic health 101 anyone that’s taken any college biology classes has learned about that (you could probably also ask you OB for clarification on how periods work). As far as blood clots while pregnant no two pregnancies are the same so while you can claim to get them I’ve been advised and I’ve learned in school that it’s physically impossible unless you have any kind of cyst that burst for you to have clots. And I’m sure this is where you tell me you’ve had XX amount of kids and you know more than I do blah blah blah. I won’t go back and forth with you tho, have a great rest of your pregnancy.

@raqueliiosiis, lol you need to go to a new school clearly because you do not have to have clots for it to be a normal period. Not to mention clots are not only the shedding of your uterine lining.

You clearly have zero comprehension on how human anatomy works and while you could have a bunch of children and a million pregnancies unfortunately that doesn’t negate how science works.
