Call 911 and lay on your left side till they arrive, time any cramp-like feeling you get. They did this for me, prayers sent your way mama.

@olga.vlaa I completely understand mama, just try to stay calm and focus on breathing downward (chin down) in through nose out through mouth. Are you wearing a fresh pad? If so how fas is it getting soaked?

Prayers for you and baby. I say, go into Labor and Delievery ASAP! So they can check how much amniotic fluid is left surrounding baby and also to see if you have started to dialate. I completely understand how terrifying it is 😔 My water broke at 16 weeks while i was laying down in bed 😔
