I usually put on the humidifier, use baby Vick’s, use the nose Frieda frequently. I also would take her a bath using baby Vicks bath soap. Then I would put her in a warm onesie and give her plenty of water while continuing to suck her mucus out with the nose frieda. She always got better in a few days.
@thevloggymommy, just got the nose Frieda and some baby Vick’s last night and he’s already doing so much better ! That nose Frieda is a god sent . Those bulbs do nothing .
@mama.kay, he’s on amoxicillin for an ear infection so I’m not sure I can mix in a syrup :/ but I used vicks chest rub last night and he’s doing better !

Steam can help. Sit in the bathroom with the water on hot all the way in the shower and let the steam get to him. Sit for about 10 min if you can

I’ve been issuing the Zarbees cough & mucus syrup and the chest rub! Also steam from showers. Only thing that’s been helping my babes congestion
