Yeah its pretty bad when people will resort to that... Yeah you're excited to see your baby and you're tired of being pregnant but what good is inducing your pregnancy when your baby may not even be alive in the end because of such a risk?

@ladyblauvelt idk. I did research online and read how dangerous castor oil can be. And especially if your only 35 weeks pregnant trying to induce

🤦‍♀️ I don't understand why people want to self induce all the time. You signed up for 40 weeks! Actually up to 42weeks. So deal with it and don't risk you babies life because your selfish!. Smh... I can't believe with all.the information about it, women still actually consider using it! This is one topic that really grinds my gears

@mamagunn.no.1 I understand if it's what the Dr said but castor oil is way to dangerous and risks your child's health. I didn't know it was bad (I never thought about doing it to induce me) until I read about it online. I'm not posting this about anyone particular but seeing all these posts about "opinions on using castor oil to induce" or "using it to induce" kinda shocked me.

NO DOCTOR would agree to using castor oil. Or even tell you to do it.

@mrshammond17 if medically nessecary to induce then understandable. I was induced at 38 weeks. But self induction like that is just so scary! There's natural ways to try and bring it on like sex and walking, but I don't see the point. Yes, pregnancy is painful and uncomfortable amd everyone can't wait to meet there little one, but it's all part of the journey. It shocks me when I see it too! There's plenty of research on it, all anyone has to do is google it, like you probably did, and see how scary it really is!.
