Why has my son gone from sleeping all night to waking crying constantly for months now...

Charlie’s been doing the same for a good month/two now could it be nightmares at all ?xx

@erincharliebubba I dont know... sometimes i think it is and others I'm not sure.

I thought he was cold last night but he won't have a cover over him xx

@laurabump27, yeah I’m unsure as to why aswell first I put it down to teething then a cold but now he’s over that and still wakes up crying/whining last night he was very unsettled had to cuddle him for a good half hour to calm down. So I’m thinking nightmares I did read that at this age they have separation anxiety something to do with them realising they are their own person and we can leave them so their emotions come out in their sleep. Xx

Hopefully it's just a phase then... what do you put Charlie in to sleep at night? Charlie felt cold last night xx

@laurabump27, hopefully! Usually a vest and a baby grow but last night I put him in jogging bottoms because he was cold xx

They have a sleep regression at around 18 months, he may be hitting his early 😂.. hard as it is to believe at the time it won't last forever x

I think Kylans was a couple of months and then he went back to sleeping through and napping in the day with no issues xx
