Laddies who had to dry up breastmilk... how many days did you leave it before washing your boobs? I haven't washed them for like 3 days and left bra on all the time as midwife said hot water stimulates the milk, I desperately want to wash them now!!!!!!!

You can wash them hun use cooler water than hot and just flannel wash not shower lol then back in a sports bra xx
