What do contractions feel like? I’m getting sharp pains in my stomach I’m a first time mom don’t judge me

Like period cramps but way stronger. Or tmi like diarrhea pains 😭 you’ll know though. Time them ;o

To be honest the only way I knew that I was having contractions is because my water broke and the EMS person asked if I was having contractions and pretty much he described it to me because I've never experienced contractions without the pitocin but to be honest it's really bearable like they're not strong at all and I know they say like you're not able to talk through them but mine were 5 minutes apart at that time and I was able to talk and everything just time them and then you'll know for sure
