@cait6311, for future times, it’s good to know when you are ovulating (not by when an app tells you you are, but being able to tell by your discharge!)

That way you can monitor more of when you can expect to have an accurate test or period! :)

And then also for times like these!

As sucky as a period is, my two sister in laws both have pcos and I see how amazing it is for your Body to do that regularly.
