Someone once told me that kids won’t starve themselves. If they refuse to eat what you’ve made them (and you know they really do like it) wrap it up and save it. And later when they ask for something to eat then take it back out.

Not sure if it works..I’m not there yet with Maddox 😂 but could be worth a try!

@maddoxsmama thats what I'm going to try but so far she hasn't asked and it's almost 7:30

My son is 10 months old he eats a very good breakfast, excellent lunch and half his dinner and drink mostly formula I think he's going thru a phase

@carol.braganca.2014 that sounds like a great system. She eats an okay breakfast. Nothing special. So I feel like she barely ate today and now shes sleeping. So it's never happened but i don't want her to wake up in the middle of the night because she's hungry you know?

@mommy1991 I know I am full time stay at home mom I wake up with him my dear husband was like pick and choose your battle if it's 2 meals ok and when we eat we give him pasta cut up potatoes,chicken meat or mums mums cookies or home made fruit and yoghurt

@mommy1991, what @maddoxsmama, said is very true they won’t starve themselves they def know when they’re hungry, around that age they go through a growth spurt that suppresses their appetite don’t worry too much it’s completely normal

I had the same problem. My doctor suggested pediasure drinks if I feel she isn't eating enough.
