Put a warm compress on it. It’s probably a clogged hair follicle or something. The warmth with bring it to the surface and put. If not, you can go to an urgent care or something to have it lanced

I had the exact same thing it even hurt to lift my arm tbf. It was an ingrown hair. Pain and lump went away in a few days. Get it checked though hun just to be in the safe side x
