Really usually the court still go threw with a decision if the other party doesn’t show up

@mommyloveshersweetdiva, hmmm should still be the same maybe they want his pay stubs and all that to see how much he makes but if he doesn’t come next court date and the judge does the same thing that will be bs because their suppose to still make a decision if the other party didn’t show up it’s not your fault they didn’t show up
