Does midol actually help with cramping!? I’ve been off my period for three days now but I woke up…

Yes! And it helps with my headaches I get while I'm on my period. But don't get the off brand, that stuff doesn't work!

@girlmom., I’ll have to go get some and try it! This cramping is ridiculous, especially since I’m not even on my period anymore 😑

If you are nursing i don’t think you can take midol I’m not 100% sure

@girlmom., no.. I just stopped the bc pills I was on! I’ve been off them for about a week and a half now
