My father was bedridden 3 yrs before he passed away so I've deal that with many things changing his diaper,,you have to turn them constantly on the bed every few hrs So they don't get bed sores and their skin will fall off...medicating and over medicating them doesn't deal with the issue.she will need care for a lifetime and she has to accept that.Good family by her side is Soo important.we were able to get a hospital bed at home,walker,wheel chair and the scooter took Soo long he was fully bedridden at the end so we donated it to a needy person 🌟.be her legs be her arms and VOICE to get all the help she'll need ..

@calzaste96 also contact a legal aid law office they give advice and take on cases for free.Also does she have a social worker? Can someone in your family apply for disability Medicaid for her you apply online but,in her situation call and go there as well speak with a supervisor explain her situation.The hospital she was released from Go back in person and ask for a social worker for assistance it's always a faster process when they see you face to face.Its such a sad situation and she's lucky to have her family.

Bless her hope she can learn to stay positive .I had a uncle in his 20's was married ,had 2 son's &one day at work a huge pallet he unloaded from a truck fell on him he became paralyzed from the waist down His wife left him.Yrs later he remarried and had a daughter and always kept positive,he drove also he had a special car made so all the gears were on top.He worked hard still for his family.Wish her well
