Did anyone get married and not have bridesmaids or groomsmen? We decided to get married March 2nd, so we have been thinking and planning. I really don’t want to burden people with being a bridesmaid or maid of honor 😭 Idk why I feel this way.

@mom.wife.witch, I’m such an introvert that I just don’t wanna deal with it 😅 Like, I want to have the cute group pictures and stuff... but I don’t want the added stress.
@vintageteaspoon dont have any then, it's all up too you! I honestly felt like my wedding became a burden to my brides maids, so many ditched me because they didnt like how I wanted things, or they didnt have the time. I feel like my wedding would have been more enjoyable if I didnt have any. They made it more stressful.
@dass72608, I don’t have many friends that are close enough to be bridesmaids 🤷🏼♀️ It’s quite a bit to ask of someone, IMO. I just don’t really want to do it, I know it’s an unpopular opinion.
I honestly wish we didnt have bridesmaids and groomsmen!
We only had one person each, my best friend stood up for me, and his brother stood up for him. It worked for us!
