Really trying to figure out if I want the arm implant birth control. Because there's no way I'm doing the Mirena again i had to much pain with it. I wont remember to take the pill and even last time I was getting sick after taking it. The only birth control that I've ever been good on is the Depo but I can't take that while breastfeeding. So it the arm on or no one and really watching out at the year mark and condoms or not having sex. Since it seem that once or kids turn a year old I become fertile Myrtle and get knocked up. Lol

Lol i hate the depo, i am on the mirena and hate it going off once my son is a year and then i will probably end up pregnant again 😂 i wonder about the arm one but scared it will get stuck in my arm

@mommybear95 I love Depo I actually lost weight on it and had no side effects the marina I guess moved and started getting scar tissue on it and it hurt me to walk sit anyting and also my husband to feel it and it just all together sucked not even a month after I had it in I had to get it taken out and that's what I'm afraid of with the arm one two is it move or get stuck in my arm and it gives me bad side effects. I don't want to get pregnant again until this baby is at least three or four that's what I was trying to do before I got pregnant lol

I don't know what I'm going to do because I can't have any extra hormones in my body birth control makes me go crazy

@121909pss they have the min pill that has little to no hormones that what they gave me because i was breastfeeding and you can't take any birth control that has hormones because it will mess up your milk supply.

Arm implant worked for me. All 3 years. It didnt move. My insurance didnt cover the full cost.

I have the Nexplanon in. I've had it for a year exactly. The only problem I have with it is weight gain and mood swings. The weight gain is also from how I eat and don't exercise while on it. My insurance paid for mine, and if I want it out, I found a place that will take it out with no insurance for $145

@candicebilicki my insurance will pay for it and also pay for it to get out taken out also if they don't my doctor always knows how to change it so they will pay for it.

I had unprotected sex for a whole year with both my kids I have PCOS and also breastfeeding so its a little harder for me to get pregnant but for some reason once that year is up i end up getting pregnant. Lol. I'm just more worried about how my body is going to react to it I have not had any good reactions to any birth control other than the Depo. That's why I'm a little worried cuz my body is really weird.
