I’ve used this recipe before. When it comes to making menudo, the first time always sucks. You get better with practice. Put exactly everything in the recipe and taste it. If you don’t like the flavor, add more salt, oregano, and cilantro. I personally love eating it but hate making it because it makes your entire house smell so gross.
