No harm in going ahead with unprotected sex! You can ovulated right after having the implant out. There are lots of ladies that have had that happen. Just take it easy and have fun for now! :) If you really really want to track and get down to the nitty gritty of it, I’d start using ovulation tests and such after you get your first period after the removal.

@julietacruz33, oh yes absolutely. I have PCOS and I have to track ovulation especially while I’m taking medicine that helps me ovulate. The pregmate brand has always been accurate for me.

They’re a bit different from pregnancy tests. They will almost always have a second line, but here’s what you’re looking for. Here are mine that we’re negative, ovulation was nowhere near:

And these were positive. The test line is darker than the control line.
