Yesterday was very interesting! I woke up from a nap around noon and used the bathroom only to find some brown spotting. I called my doctor and she told me to come in. I go in and instead of going to triage I was admitted because there wasn’t anymore rooms in triage. They put IV And monitored baby. They did run lab test to see if placenta was detached. It wasn’t. They check amniotic fluid level and bpp. Everything was great. They checked my cervix and I was dilated to 2cm. No contractions. They checked babies heart and noticed a dip at 114 but quickly went up to 135. They wanted to keep me for an induction and repeat csection. Why? Because of a small dip! I was so shocked and confused. Luckily I stood my ground and I knew in my gut that there wa who need for a csection if everything was fine. So doctor said she was going to monitor me for another hour. Babies heart was great and she comes back and says there’s no need for induction anymore.
