Usually you have to go to the Gyno so get referred to a specialist. I'd go to the Gyno first for appropriate testing and then fertility dr would be the next step.
I’d say see a gynecologist first. They usually need to figure out where the problem is and refer you to a specialist. Now you might be able to find a gynecologist that also specializes in infertility, and you may be able to avoid the specialist altogether.
@pinktoesandfingers, oh yeah then you should definitely see a gynecologist. They’ll probably run tons of lab work and do an ultrasound to check out your uterus and ovaries and go from there. My gynecologist actually treats infertility to a certain point, so you might find one that does too.
