If there’s a stomach issue I would not give
Ibuprofen as it can upset her stomach more. Stick to Tylenol for now.
I would just do Tylenol. Motrin can cause upset stomach and with the stomach bug I think that's the last thing she needs. Hope she feels better!
You're welcome. Whenever I take my kids to the hospital the nurses always tells me to alternate them.

How old is she? You can alternate Tylenol and Motrin.
No medicine for fever unless it’s 103.5 or higher then give Motrin every 6 hours as needed. Otherwise a fever is good for you until 106.
