When should I be concerned that my baby is breech? 34 weeks?(I was reading after 34 weeks it's more unlikely they will flip?) Is there any (safe) exercises etc I should be starting now to help her flip if she hasn't? Is 30 weeks too early to ask my doctor if shes breech? I have a appt next week. I really just dont want to hear I need a c section for a breech baby.. if i have to then by all means but that's like my biggest fear and wondering when I should or how I could try to prevent it. Thanks!
EDIT: how do they figure out if the baby is breech or not?

Some drs use ultrasounds to see. Mine went in internally at my 36 week appointment and said he could feel his head.

You will also feel it too. As soon as they go head down that’s what causes the pelvic pain.

Most are down by 28w. If you pay attention to kicks you can tell if baby is head down. Kicks will be higher towards ribs.

Some babies turn as late as 37 weeks.

My first baby turned breech at 37 weeks and wouldn't turn back around🙄 ended up with a c-section with her. My second baby kept flipping back and forth the whole way up to 38 weeks. She finally stayed head down!🙌 I could tell which way she was by her kicks in my ribs and also where I felt her hiccups. If I could pinpoint that they were coming from below my belly button that meant she was head down. Good luck to you either way!😊

I’ve heard a Chiropractor can get a breech baby to flip. I really wouldn’t worry about it though. You have plenty of time!!
