Need some help with boy names. We’ve decided on 2, Matteo and Adrian but can’t figure out a middle…

I try to go by syllables and make sure it flows. My son has 1syl first name, 4syl mid, 2syl last.

Both names you picked are 3syl so a 1syl name (short) middle name could work well depending on last name.

Is this even helpful information idk 😩

@kambam, our last name is 4syl so I do like the short middle names but I just don’t have a clue what sounds good with either of them

Is there anything of importance between the two of you? A place, family, person etc?

Some that come to mind:

Adrian dean, adrian finn, adrian eli.

Matteo ray, matteo fox, matteo grey.

I agree with Kambam. Going with a second name/middle name with one syllable is great. Depending on baby's last name you can do Matteo Adrian as a name (which works if you have a short last name).

We always found syllables helped us finalize the name. Both my kids are 3 syllable names, then 2 syllable, then their one syllable lastname.

I love how moms these days think hard about names. Seems like my parents didnt even try 🙄 lames.

@sorcha, we have a long last name so we can’t do Matteo Adrian unfortunately cause that would just be too easy haha
