:: Sometimes life is crappy. You can choose to deal with the bad luck of life with grace and find the blessings behind it all, or you can choose to play the “why me” card. I woke up to these pictures at 7:45 this morning. He was sitting still and the car that struck him was going 40mph. The car is more than likely totaled and his air bags failed to deploy. THANKFULLY he was wearing his seatbelt. He heard his neck pop (whiplash) and he is very sore. He already struggles with back problems so he will probably be pretty sore for the next few days. I’m so so so thankful that he’s okay and it wasn’t worse then this. And I’m blessed to have the caring husband that I do. The lady who was at fault, was in her late 70’s/early 80’s. He had to help her get out of the car and her nose was bloody from impact with her own air bags. She felt so awful that she kept apologizing and started crying. My sweet husband embraced her in a hug and consoled her. If you’re the praying type, and you feel moved to, please say a quick prayer for my husband and that sweet old lady. ❤️ #GratefulThankfulBlessed #GodIsGood
