I agree with the others. Since it’s been a year , see you doctor to get tests run to see if there is another issue . On another note, I have read that it could take over a year to get back regular after being on the shot.
@quamaradesiree, I would definitely make an appointment with a reproductive endocrinologist in your area however in the mean time have your dh get checked out by a urologist to be sure his sperm analysis is normal. You want to get answers sooner rather than later because then the RE can come up with a treatment plan to help you conceive. Check out what your insurance covers and which fertility clinics and urologist are in network. You don’t need a referral to see either. Hugs!
You would need to see a reproductive endocrinologist to confirm if after a year of ttc of the age of 35 and 6 months over age 35. They’ll run hormone test and also hsg test to take a look at your Fallopian tubes to make sure they’re open and look at your ovaries to see if they’re healthy. You may also want to have your so or dh checked out by a urologist to get a sperm analysis done.
I believe technically it’s if you haven’t been able to get pregnant after 1 year of trying if you’re under 35 years old or 6 months of trying if over 35.
