Glad Z never gets phased when she doesn’t get the job— she doesn’t fully understand, but regardless, I make sure to always tell her she’s going to hear “no’s” all her life, but that should fuel her to keep going and to prove all the “no-ers” that they done messed up!🤪 How do you handle let downs?? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
