What time should my 4mo old be going to bed? Right now... it’s 12:30pm before she falls asleep. She only naps 3-4x’s a day for less than an hour. My husband & I are kind of exhausted.

There really is no suggested time, all babies do things differently. My 2 month old naps throughout the day and usually needs a bottle around 130am and it's 230/300 before I get to sleep.

My daughter sleeps from around 630-830 pm - 6-9am :) all night
