A MUST for breastfeeding moms. Look into a thing called milkies or Google milk savers. They are plastic egg looking type things. You put it in your bra and it collects milk while your baby eats on the other side. I used it with my 1st and now my second. So far I haven't even pumped and I've collected around 4 to 5 oz a day just for the milk thing. They go for around $20-30 but are totally worth it.
