My little boy isn't happy at all

can any of you ladies please help or suggest anything.

He never cries (unless his bottle isn't coming quick enough) but from yesterday night he's been going bright red and sweaty, screaming bloody murder.. it looks like he's constipated but he's been pooing fine 0.o I rubbed his tummy to try settling him and his tummy is rock hard. I have infacol but I'm unsure about giving it to him, any help would be greatly appreciated! xx
