So I’ve been having sleep insomnia the past two nights. This morning i wall up feeling horrible. I had kinda like acid reflux, but felt like I was gunna throw up before it came out. And now I kinda have an uncomfortable head feeling. Like it’s not a headache tho. I’m still feeling nauseous and I’ve been awake since like 9 am
