Can I Drink Wine While Breastfeeding? Effects on Breastmilk

Question

Any moms here have the occasional glass of wine while still breastfeeding? I want to have a small glass but what does it do to my breastmilk? I don't want to pass on alchohol to my LO.

I have a friend who is exclusively breastfeeding and when she comes over here to hang out she'll feed tje baby lay him down and have a drink or two right after. There's nothing wrong with that!!!

There’s a saying that goes “if you can see the baby, you can feed the baby”
Pumping and dumping no longer needs to be a thing, and one glass is fine!

I'm not bf anymore, but when I did- I had a couple of glasses here and there... All was good!

I don’t drink but I believe it’s safe. As long as you’re not buzzing/drunk
