I had the mirena inserted in for roughly 9 years and had it taken out 4 months ago. My husband and I are trying to conceive and it's been difficult. Anyone else have experience the same after removing the mirena?

Had my mirena taken out April 2018, we started trying the next day or so ovulated, nothing. Its september and I'm in the tww. Good luck :)
@monkeymomma2 I've heard some similar stories, I loved the mirena. It did exactly what I wanted it to with no side effects. 😊 Guess I was lucky
I hated it I got mine for less then a year got it put Aug got prego in April= a molour pregnancy at 9 weeks then had to wait a year to ttc again started on Dec got prego in March and dumly got it again after I had my daughter in Dec got it taken out Dec of thid past year and still ttc for #2 I will never get it again
With a duration that long they say it can take up to a year to regulate after 🤞🏻
