To find out my biological family is not coming to my baby shower has really made me sad. Nobodies answer my calls except one person. My baby shower will probably not have not one of my blood relative there. At least the family that raise me will be there (also helping throw my shower). Blood is not always thick than water.

I didn’t even bother inviting my family to my baby shower because i know they won’t show up. It’s all just my husbands going.

But then when i started working i never went to anything because i worked on the weekends so if i wanted to go to any family parties i had to give a two week notice of the day i needed off but my family loved to wait until last minute to invite me to anything so i could never go. They had the nerve to get pissy with me because i never show up to anything but yet it’s ok for them to not show up to parties i have. They stopped inviting me to things because of it so i decided to stop inviting them to anything too
