@bbylopez I agree with you! I was very cautious with my son (who's almost 13yrs old now)... With my daughter- I had the co-sleep bassinet and then as she got older is when we brought her all the way in the bed... Now she half the time suffocate me LOL 😂 But, I think you just have to be very cautious and make it where you can't roll over on to your child... Those stories freak me out.
@danielzamor2007 it's the scary stories that people are fearful about. Because people rolling over on babies has happened. My mom is a police officer and I remember when she first started she came home telling me she had to go to a call about a mom suffocating her baby because she rolled over in her sleep and she made me swear not to sleep with my now 9 year old 😅😂
@melificentlymermazing @bbylopez I agree! I co-sleep with my daughter still- and she'll be 2 next month... Hubby and I like it that way- it's nice to know she is safe with us.... As long as you're careful about how you sleep with baby- I thinks it's awesome to co-sleep... I get sick of hearing people bitch about it....
Pros- Baby sleeps better, you will get more sleep, it's nice to have your baby next to you... Cons- You have to watch that you don't roll over on baby, baby gets bigger and doesn't want to leave your bed, baby starts to take up more room and sex becomes limited.... LoL 🤣
@girlmom. Once in a while I do it but she sleeps slightly elevated in middle of the bed on my pregnancy pillow. So we can't roll on her and she's not gonna fall off.
I'm exclusively breastfeeding so it's just so much easier with her there. I just wanna know if it's truly worth it in the long run. Plus I LOVE sleeping with her. I don't have wake up a million times at night to make sure she's still breathing.
