Anyone got any remedies for really bad back pain besides Tylenol?....

Try tea tree oil and peppermint. There are different ways of using it like just put it on or take a warm bath with some in there. :) I dont take tylenol for back pain either o usually just let it be or use tea tree

Maybe a heating pad?

Heating pad, or they have these back stickers type thing at the drug store - you just put them on iver your painful area.
