I guess I had an infection in my gums. That’s why I was getting such bad headaches and toothaches but after only two days of oil pulling with coconut oil I can already feel the difference. Swelling has gone down and also pus is being pushed up through my gums and I’ve been spitting it out. I wish I would have about oil pulling two weeks ago. Lol I wouldn’t have had to go through all the damn pain

Did you go to the dentist? Generally infections need antibiotics to be cleared up. Also- infections of the mouth can travel to the heart and make you gravely ill and sometimes fatal. That’s why they strongly suggest dental care while pregnant. Please be seen by a medical professional ASAP.

@cams, yup just got back from the er they gave me penicillin. I would have waited to see the dentist but my appointment isn’t until 2 weeks from now. I don’t think I could have waited that much longer
