so ive always been on and off anemic and im not the best at taking my iron pills and i have a c section next tuesday does that mean ill have to have a blood transfusion kinda freaking out ive been reading about way too much about c sections and its freaking me out

@erikanbethune2, I had an emergency csection and lost a lot of blood, I went into labour prior to my date. You will be fine hun ❤️

@beakymcspence i talked to my dr about it today and she said its really rare but idk

If you lose a considerable amount of blood it’s likely. I had a blood transfusion at 35 weeks and then following my csection. Everyone’s different but I too have always struggled with being anemic.
