Is it normal to loose weight at the end of pregnancy? I’ll be 35 weeks Thursday and I lost a pound since my last appointment two weeks ago

The last few weeks of my first pregnancy my weight constantly fluctuated.. my dr said it was normal and nothing to worry about. 
I’d think if it was cause for concern your dr would have mentioned something about it it.

As long as fundal measurements are ok you should be fine.
