My iron gets so low during pregnancy that I always “may” end up needing a blood transfusion. I had one after my first was born, and i had to get one DURING my pregnancy with my second, my third i didn’t, but here we are talking about possibly getting another one if my iron won’t come up. 🤦🏽‍♀️

Pills didn’t help me at all. I was up to 3 a day as wel with no help! I would buy another and cook greens in it so your getting it’s from both.

@dinamarie1995, i forgot all about that. I use to have one but when we moved we threw everything out to start over. But yeah the pills do not help me. I was taking 1 a Day then they tried all the way up to 3 times a day and they still wouldn’t work smh then i started doing b12 shots which actually seemed like the only thing that helped

Cook with a cast iron skillet!! The iron transfers to you from cooking. My iron was super low my doctor told me to try that since pills weren’t working and it helped!!
