So all my apps say I was to ovulate on the 9th. We BD Thursday and Friday, not Saturday, Sunday (day of ovulation) and yesterday. I’m trying not to get obsessed over ttc but this month was the first month all the apps said the 9th is ovulation day. I haven’t tried the ovulation tests I’m thinking if it don’t happen this month I’ll take a break and start again maybe in November or December with the tests. We’ll see what happens.

My apps were off once I actually started testing. They had me ovulating at cd15-16, and I actually ovulate cd11 or cd12.
I like the easy @home brand off Amazon.com they are cheap, you get a lot, and they work well.

@penelope127, my cycles run 30ish days and the apps have me ovulating at 12 or 13. I’d say it’s close. If it don’t happen this time around I’ll buy the test strips in the next month or so.

Apps are based on a perfect 28 day cycle with ovulation occurring on day 14. Id recommend using opks so you can pinpoint your own ovulation days. Once you start to input that info in to the apps they’ll become more accurate.
