Does he have to go??? I think u have a choice also my son is 2 and he goes part time 3 days a week and he loves it... it’s something new he will adapt to it don’t worry too much

@leanne2016, no it’s not compulsory we have the choice to send him. He is very different to my first born, very open and speaks to everyone not shy at all and LOVES play groups, he has a lot of energy too and I know he will get on great it’s just me feeling emotional about him going. I am going to see how he gets on as I am thinking of just sending him for three mornings a week. My OH has been sat opposite me laughing because I keep crying lol xx

@mummymir, 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️😂😂😂 don’t my son is exactly the same and last weekend all I done was cried 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ but I can swear it’s only down to our hormones... I mean we will be a bit sad.. but I cried the whole weekend 😂😂😂😂😂 and by sounds of it he will get on just fine.. my eldest only stopped crying last year in year 2 when dropping him to his class line 💙

This is exactly how I feel, I didn't want her to go however we took her just so we could see if we were doing the right thing by not sending her. So we went for a visit. She cried because we wouldn't leave her there! She wanted to stay and play with other children now all she bloody well says is when am I going nursery!! I think it will break my heart when she starts 1st October, yet she will just smile and wave haha. She goes in 5 mornings a week from 1st Oct so I can totally understand how you feel. She's been with me all day every day apart from two since she was born I feel like I now have to share her ! Haha x

@leanne2016, I have been so upset last few days but only since this eve the blubbering made an appearance lol. Bless your big boy, mine was so shy but has started to come out of his shell a lot more now xx

@lisao9313, for the first two days we stay in the staff room whilst he plays and if he needs us they can just come and grab us, was the same with my eldest and they never needed to get me once. I know they won’t with my little one but he is mischievous I worry he will escape somehow and he loves hiding 😩🤦‍♀️ he has also been with me all day everyday never been apart, I know it’s a mother’s instinct to feel this way and being pregnant with all these hormones isn’t helping lol. Your little girl is a few months older than my boy and going for the same amount of time I hope they get on ok xx
