I started about a couple of days after my period is done. If you start too soon after your period, it will pick up the Lh hormone.

So my period is 5 days, I start cd7. I start testing every afternoon around the same time. For me it’s 4pm. Once the lines start getting close, I would test again 4 hours later to see if it’s a positive. If it’s not test again mid-morning, never test with the strip using fmu. Once you get your first positive test it’s going to be released the next 12-36 hours.
