ladies , if your childs father has physical custody of your child & you both share legal custody. you get visition wih your child every sunday & every other weekend you get your child for an overnight. but you havent seen your child due to your childs father keeping your baby away from you then dcf calls you about a 51'A that was filed from your childs father in the report it says that you went to your childs school picked them up & hit them & told your child that they are bad boy/girl .. but you live an hour away from them with no money to get to them at the moment how would you handle that situation ??

Typically when you pick a child up from school and you aren’t the parent who usually does you have to sign that child out. If there’s not record of you signing the child out there’s enough evidence to prove innocence right there.

1) you need to go back to court if he isn’t following the custody order and allowing the visitation that is outlined in it.
2) schools require you to sign kids out, so there would be proof if you did. Without that, this is baseless.
What would be the motivation behind all of this?

@nicemmcha2015, how so ? theres no proof i went out there & i guarantee that if Dcf called the school or whatever it would prove i was never even there. each time i go to Worcester Mass where my son stays at i always save my tickets from when i bought them for the days i get my son however this month i wasnt able to get my son this month so again there is no proof i ever did such a thing to my own child nor me going to his school that i didnt know he was even at & picking him up .... soo

@bigmama18, i wasnt informed that my son was even going to the specific school that was mentioned a 5-10 min walk from his fathers grandparents house that they stay in. wouldnt the school call the main parent if anything which is his father because they dont know who i am ?

@queenmeeks, im deffntly going back to court to make sure i get my time with my son. & i kinda figured about the school part on what you said , i was never there i live in an hour & a half away with my 8month old daughter from where my son lives at with his father , i dont drive & i dont even have money for this whole month to take a train out there to even pick up my son & his father knows this & everyone im working with knows this as well. i was out with a few friends & they can vouch for me as well. i honestly dont know what the whole motivation is behind this but i think its because i dont want my sons father & for that hes decided to keep my son away from me even tho its court ordered that i have my share time with my baby.

@jayyxo13 which exactly what I meant. As long as the school can prove you never went there then you're good.
