Soooo I’m getting induced at 39 weeks. (About 12 days) IF I make it that far. The doc doesn't think I'll make it that far with how low Emma is. But due to severe hemorrhoids, internal and external plus a big blood clot, I'll need surgery right after I have Emma. So she said I could start trying now to go into labor naturally, that it would be easier and not a long exhausting labor. I cannot have sex, I cannot squat. Any ideas on how to induce labor naturally?!

I second walking.
Also, may I ask where your blood clot is?

Can you do exercise ball? Walks? Some claim primrose oil capsules vaginally and orally, spicy food, and pineapple. I don't know how effective they truly are, research doesn't support them as much as the other options. I would suggest doing the 6 dates a day (i can share the research, but even in my case my OB says my cervix is super soft from the dates which is great!) starting now because even if you don't go naturally they severely help soften the cervix which will help if you have to have a pitocin induction.
