I will never forget where I was on this day that changed history forever. We had just gotten to school we were in homeroom and we always watched news in the morning. That’s when we all saw what was happening before our eyes, we were immediately sent home from school. My dad left work and my mom traveled by train every day to work in Chicago she caught the first train home. We all sat and just watched what was happening. Gone but never forgotten! 💔
