They have prenatal vits with a higher amount of iron they worked for me after like the first trimester. They tried giving me iron pills as well but I didn’t take them because it was too much responsibility to remember to take a vitamin and an iron pill plus the vitamins with the higher iron worked fine.
@skyee.niicole4 If you are able to do it through foods, what @jleona said also Eggs, red meat, lentils, spinach, chickpeas....
I ate a lot of iron rich foods because I refused medications during my pregnancy. So like beans, seeds, dark greens.
