I made chicken cutlets, mac n cheese and cauliflower it was good

@ss3mom, i don’t measure anything and just threw it together one day 😬I cooked diced peppers and onions and then added ground angus and browned. Added my favorite taco seasoning and simmered. Made pasta. When the pasta was almost done, added stewed tomatoes, salsa (sometimes I add black beans too) and cover to heat. When the pasta is done, I added everything in a bowl with shredded cheese (probably a cup). I topped with sour cream, broken tortillas, avocado and more cheese.

Oh that’s pretty easy to make too. U mind if I ss the ingredients?
