So Prepregnancy I was overweight, and not trying to complain or anything, I just want to make sure there’s nothing I should be worrying about as at 36 weeks I am only 2 ibs more than my pregnancy weight, at 34 weeks I was 5 ibs over and I thought finally baby’s growing big was shocked to see at my 36 week appointment this AM I was down 3 ibs. My doctor doesn’t seem to be worried about it and says I’m measuring fine, just worry I may be a little dehydrated and my fluid decreased. Anybody have any take or experience on this? First time mom here.

If you're overweight prior to pregnancy, it's generally fine not to gain much weight. Your doctor would definitely tell you if there was a concern.

I lost 10 total throughout my pregnancy. I finally gained my 1st lb in july and have only gained 4 lbs to date. Baby however is growing rapidly. So no worries!

Yeah I’ve been overweight both of my pregnancies. I lose a bunch of weight at first and then gain a little. I can only gain 10-15. As long as the baby is doing well you’ll be fine.
