Anyone else’s man get wicked jerky when they sleep? My boyfriend was twitching so much I had to leave and sleep on the couch. HOW do I put an end to this? I need my sleep.

My husband jerks ALOT in his sleep. I've got smacked, elbowed and kicked. They cant help it. Its basically the same thing a newborn does due to the startle reflex. They cant control it. So you cant really stop it unless you wrap him in a straight jacket.

Im the one that does that 😬 I now wake up with SO basically on top of me. I guess his weight helps me stop jerking so much

Yes lmaoooo my boyfriend's legs twitch to the point he can't sleep occasionally and he literally has to get up walk around take some benadryl 😂😂
