Hey y'all! I was taking a break for a little bit, but baby boy is 11 days old!! We finally settled on a name, Christopher Douglas Schlegel II. We will call him Douglas. Although I already have a Jr, from a previous relationship, Douglas is my husband's first born son therefore it's only right (in ours and our family's opinion) to name him after his daddy. So, instead of having 2 Jr's we made him a "second." He's my little love bug. Eats like a champ, every 2 hours. His latch was perfect from the start & I'm extremely happy. He's already, well surpassed, his birth weight. My daughter finally warmed up to him, but it is still a struggle to balance the 2. My son is an amazing big brother, again, and is a HUGE help for anything mommy needs 💚

My son is 7 and he knows race and color. Why? Because he himself comes from a family that is multi racial and because he has already experienced racism. I also believe as his mother it’s my job to teach him color and the cold hard truth about society. He knows what’s going on in this world. I’d be hurting him if I allowed him to blindly walk out...
okay my cousin is using the name we picked out for our sons middle name as the first name for her son after I told her what we where naming him and we can not change it cuz my fiance got his name tattooed on him. so pissed off.

My boyfriend is so upset that I didn’t give our son his last name but I have 4 other kids that has my last name I didn’t want to make him the only one with a different last name. Is that selfish of me? Or should he just understand. We not married
